Vemma Recipes: Healthy Mango Banana Tropical Twist Bod·ē Shake




Looking for a healthy alternative to one of your favorite drinks? This healthy tropical fruit drink is the perfect combination of flavor, protein and antioxidant-rich fruits. With the Vemma Bod·ē Shake, you’ll have the perfect afternoon snack for you and a friend on your High-Carb Day!
Here’s what you need:
–          1/2 cup fresh pineapple
–          ½ cup fresh mango
–          ½ large banana
–          2 scoops of Vemma Bod·ē  Shake mix, Vanilla Ice Cream flavor
–          1 serving Greek yogurt
–          2 cups water
  1. Pour all ingrediants into your blender

  2. Add ice if you would like a thicker shake

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy
