Vemma Recipes: Weekend Warrior Protein Pancakes (HC/Breakfast)

Today, my friends, is National Pancake Day. And to celebrate this momentous occasion, we have a special recipe for you. This pancake recipe works best on your High-Carb day, guilt-free day, or on a day when you plan to be especially active!
Ingredients:
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ mashed banana
  • 2 scoops of Vemma Bod·ē Shake mix, Vanilla Ice Cream flavor
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp ground flax
Directions:                       
  1. Beat the egg whites slightly before whisking in the other ingredients.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until bubbles form in the batter, flip, and cook for another 30 seconds to a minute.
  3. Top lightly with fruit, Greek yogurt, or nuts.
  4. Enjoy National Pancake Day!

Serves 1: 280 calories, 4g fat, 24g protein, 40g carbs, 10g fiber, 14g sugar*
