VEMMA® Customer Loyalty Program Official Rules:


The Vemma Customer Loyalty Program is open to Brand Partners and Customers residing in
Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, The Philippines, Taiwan and Hong Kong. The Program is subject to
all applicable local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Program period runs
from November 2nd, 2012, through October, 2013. Brand Partners cannot combine their efforts for
the benefit of a single membership.

To be eligible for this Program, Brand Partners and Customers must be in good standing in
accordance with applicable Company Policies and Procedures throughout the Program period and
until awarded.

Eligibility is based on having:
1) an active 30 reward point minimum Auto-delivery order on file;
2) a minimum of three (3) new personally enrolled Customers (enrolled 2nd November 2012 or
later) who purchase product in a calendar month; and
3) the total QV of the Customer product orders must be three (3) times that of the Auto-delivery
order on file. The free product is given only as an Auto-delivery order. One-time orders will not be
free. Vemma Brand Partners and Customers are responsible for handling fee and sales tax.

Handling fee and tax (if any) for:
(1) Singapore - SG$16
(2) Malaysia – RM40
(3) Taiwan – NT495
(4) Indonesia – Rp144,000
(5) The Philippines – Php645
(6) Hong Kong – HKD120

Customers who also are qualified to get their product free do NOT count as one (1) of the three (3)
required Customers. Customers must be in the same region of the enrolling Brand Partner or
Customer. For example, a Singapore Brand Partner or Customer who enrolls a Malaysia Customer is
NOT eligible for the free product offer.
All Customers enrolled, will NOT pay a Fast Start Bonus on their first order. Customers with an
active 30 reward point and above Auto-delivery order on file will be provided with a branded
referral website.  Accurate enrollment of new Brand Partners and Customers is the sole
responsibility of the Enroller. Deferral of free Auto-delivery order, substitution, exchange, or
transfer of reward is NOT allowed. Backdated orders will not count toward this Program.
Vemma reserves the right to retroactively adjust enrolment, volume and/or awarded free Autodelivery product based on product returns and/or charge-backs.

There is a limit of one (1) free Auto-delivery order per account, per month — maximum 1080 QV.
