Vemma’s Research & Development team conducted a clinical study on the Vemma Bod•ē Pro 24/7 plan. The Research and Development team recruited healthy human volunteers between the ages of 18 and 60 to complete the 24-day study. Participants followed the Bod•ē Pro 24/7 plan, which included consuming Bod•ē® Build, Bod•ē Burn, and the Vemma V2, combined with Bod•ē Pro’s simple, 24-day eating plan. In addition, participants exercised for a minimum of 30 minutes a day, five days per week.
The result? A total of 25 participants, 12 men and 13 women, completed the program and lost an average of 7.5 pounds or 3.79 percent of their initial weight. Participants also lost an average of 2 inches in their waist or 5% of their initial measurements.
Participants reported that they did not experience feelings of deprivation or hunger while following the plan and enjoyed the taste of the Bod•ē products.
