You Can Help Stop Hunger Now

This is an excellent opportunity to help fight hunger locally and worldwide this year.

More than 840 million people in the world are malnourished. 

Six million children under age 5 die every year as a result of hunger. Of the 6.2 billion people in the world, 1.2 billion live on less than $1 per day.

Here in Vemma business, we are also doing our part to help Stop Hunger Now.

New fundraising campaign will provide meals globally to kids in need

A child’s health begins with basic nutrition.

Together, we can make a difference in the world in more ways than one.

Starting this week, Vemma® is kick-starting a fundraising campaign through the Ben & Dottie Boreyko Foundation to help Stop Hunger Now provide food and life-saving aid to the world’s most vulnerable people. With a mission to eradicate global hunger, Stop Hunger Now makes a positive difference in the lives of children worldwide every day.

The organization focuses on distributing nutritionally-sound meals that include dehydrated rice/soy, fortified with 23 essential vitamins and nutrients. These meals often serve as the foundation for school feeding programs in developing nations. Often, parents will send their children to school when they know a meal is provided, which is a solid first step in breaking the cycle of poverty.

Vemma wants to provide 100,000 meals to hungry kids—every $5 donation provides 17 meals; $50 covers 172 meals!

More good news? You can help Stop Hunger Now in more ways than one.

1. Donate. Make a $5 or more donation to the Ben & Dottie Boreyko Foundation now through May 31 through the Vemma Store online, by calling Customer Service or adding it to your monthly Auto-delivery order.

2. Volunteer. If you’re planning to attend Vemma Training Convention June 11-14, you can help package meals on a special Volunteer Night. You’ll help scoop meal ingredients into bags, weigh and seal the bags; box and stack them on pallets and load the pallets and equipment onto trucks. These meals will be delivered directly to kids in need. Email Convention@Vemma.com with your name and Affiliate VID.

3. Spread the Word! We need your help to reach and surpass our 100,000-meal goal. Share this information at your upcoming event. Spread the news on your Facebook or Instagram account.
